Communication springs from emotional messaging…you have a choice of positive Carefrontation: trust and open (win / win), or negative Confrontation: force and accusatory actions (loose / loose).

I am writing this blog to help share positive points learned from a recent experience of mine. Just found closure in a copyright infringement situation where I found myself receiving a strong confrontation communication strategy that evolved into passive aggressive stalled out mode. Due to this non caring confrontational “style”, separation of what each individual desired increased, stuck got more stuck, and false promises resulted in failure. Continue reading
